Verdelho - 2008
A medium to full bodied wine displaying hallmark citrus & honeysuckle characters finishing with good natural sweetness and balanced acidity.
Vineyard:
Canonbah Bridge Vineyard, Western Plains, NSW.
Winemaking:
Fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance the floral elements of the wine. Matured in tank for a further 6 months before fining and filtering prior to bottling. The good natural acidity at harvest made for a well-balanced wine with a soft finish.

Tasting Note:
The Verdelho is dominated by fresh citrus notes with good weight on the palate. The bouquet displays typical varietal characteristics of passionfruit and tropical hints, finishing with great natural sweetness distinctive to the 2008 harvest.
